How we secured a Quality Control Expert in just weeks

A subsidiary of an international group specializing in industrial installations – commissioned us to recruit a Quality Control Manager specializing in sanitary installations for the expansion of a strategic industrial facility in Poland.

The project was task-oriented and time-limited – the employment was planned for approximately 1.5 years (covering the scope of construction works). Our objective was to quickly reach an experienced professional who could start work at short notice and commit to a demanding project carried out in a dynamic environment.

Project goal

The project was task-oriented and time-limited – the employment was planned for approximately 1.5 years (covering the scope of construction works). Our objective was to quickly reach an experienced professional who could start work at short notice and commit to a demanding project carried out in a dynamic environment.
